Imponente Tanning, producers of internationally recognised and accepted finished and semi-finished leather takes pride in being the largest tannery in Zimbabwe satisfying almost 100% of the local market, and international demands for quality, reliable and durable yet comforting and delicate leather for the footwear, garment and furnishings industry. At Imponente Tanning we have built a reputation on this foundation, which we continue to successfully marry technologies, the old with the new in an elegant and friendly manner.

As testimony to our commitment to ensuring consistent service and quality, we have attained certification to the internationally acclaimed SAZS ISO 9001 quality standard and SAZS ISO 14001 Environmental certification. We have now embarked on the Integrated Management Standard ISO 9001:2000 and expect to attain certification in April 2004.
