应  用
在线连续监控蒸汽动力厂炉水中磷酸根的含量。
Scope of  Applications
The instrument is used in on-line continuously in Supervising the phosphate-radical content in  boiler water of the Steam Power Plant.
 
主要特点
1、专利技术-恒压式可控计时注入装置,作为仪表的水样、试剂的定量方案;  摒弃蠕动泵、毛细管、气压式、精密计量泵定量方案。大大简化定量系统,减少了维护量,提高了可靠性。
2、专利技术-复合式光电检测装置,实现了化学反应中混合器、反应器、搅拌器、比色杯、光电比色计一体化,简化了结构,使维护量最少。
3、周期测量、自动清洗方式,消除了传统技术方案难以解决的气泡干扰、积累性污染、样品交叉、测量滞后的顽症,大大提高了仪器的稳定性。
4、仅用一种试剂。          
5、极低的运行成本,年费用 人民币约为750元/台。
6、符合中华人民共和国电力行业DL/T677-1999标准。
General  Features
1. Patent Technique -Constant Pressure Type controllable Timing Injection Device is used as quantitatively batching scheme of the water sample and reagents, discharding the use of peristaltic pump, capillary to be and pneumatic ,precise metering pump as batching means, thus greatly simplifying batching system, reducing maintenance labours and raising the instrument's reliability.
2. Patent Technique -Composite Photoelectric Detecting Device is used in the analyzer to combine  the devices used to complete a chemical reaction including mixer, reactor, beater, colorimetric cell and optoelectrical colorimeter in a  single unit, thus greatly simplifying the instrument construction and minimizing maintenance labour.
3. Periodical measuring and automatic cleaning are overcomed the stubborn difficulties bringing about in conventional measuring methods such as bubbling disturbance,accumulated fouling, intermingling of sam ples and measurement lagging, thus greatly increasing the stability of the instrument.
4. Very low operating costs .The annual expense of operation is to be about 850 yuan RMB(Chinese currency)per set.
5. The instrument fulfils the requirements of Standard DL/T677-1999 for electric power industry, People's Republic of China.
 
 
工作条件
1、环境条件:
环境温度:5~45℃     相对湿度:≤85%
周围空气中无腐蚀性气体,无影响性震动,无强电磁干扰。
2、水样条件:
水样流量:≥120ml/min  无大波动,否则配置恒流阀;
水样温度:15~45℃   水样中无悬浮物,否则配过滤器。
3、工作电源:AC220V±10% 50Hz 50W  若配置不同电源,订货时需声明。

No corrosive gases or vapors , no influential shock and strong electromagnetic field disturbance in surroundings.
2、Conditions of sample water:
flow rate of water sample ≥120ml/min
No significant fluctuations, otherwise a constant-flow valve should be attached.       
Temperature of water sample:  15~45℃
No suspensions are allowed to be presented in the water sample ,otherwise a strainer should be attached .
3、Working power supply
AC 220V±10%   50Hz   50W
